Accommodation and facilities
The Studio is the unit to the right hand side of the property. It
has been awarded 3-star accreditation by Visit Scotland and
offers compact but versatile accommodation for two people with
ensuite facilities, kitchen area and off-street parking in a quiet
residential locale. For your comfort there is a two-seater
leather sofa, table and chairs and in the event you wish to
entertain an extra table and chairs are available. A Sony 21" LCD
Flat Screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and Radio/CD are
provided for your additional pleasure. WiFi Broadband Internet Access is available free of charge.
It is ideal for people visiting the area for holiday or business and mid-term lets are available for people working in the area that want something different from a hotel room every night and being 'force-fed in the restaurant. Here you can do your own thing, make the type of meals you want to make, come and go as you please, invite your partner to stay the weekend at no extra cost etc. etc. In short you can make it your real 'home from home' for the duration of your stay with us.
The kitchen boasts a full size oven and fridge, a dishwasher and microwave and features Royal Worcester crockery and quality crockery, pots and pans.
This self-contained unit boasts a comfortable 'hotel quality' hide-away double sized wall bed that simply folds away in seconds leaving the room in 'day-mode'. Bed Linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.
The Studio also boasts a compact but functional kitchen area with fridge, gas hob, electric oven, sink, dishwasher and microwave. There is ample storage space for
provisions and all the necessary items of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
and cooking utensils are provided.
The spacious en-suite shower room is fitted to a high standard. Towels and toiletries are
provided for you on arrival. The utility room with washing machine and tumble drier
adjoins The Studio and is available for guests to use. Clothes drying facilities are available
to the rear of the property.
Guests are encouraged to make use of the outdoor oven / barbecue and patio furniture when the weather permits.
